Why You Need To Be There
PCOS officially has a new name: Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome. The science behind it isn't new, but what does the renaming mean for how you work with women in your practice?
Whether or not you specialize in PMOS…if you work with female clients, this session is for you. On August 12th, IRH Executive Director Margaret Floyd Barry and IRH lead instructor and Master RHP Sara Fields are hosting a live 60-minute session about what this means for you and your practice.
PMOS reflects what functional practitioners have understood about these clients for years: the metabolic and hormonal picture has always been more complex than "ovary syndrome" suggested. Now it's official.
Margaret and Sara will walk through what changes in how you assess and talk with these clients, and what doesn't, because the clinical work you've already been doing largely still holds.
Join live and bring your questions. They'll save time at the end for open Q&A.
